Management and Staff
Ken Kohn, Founder and President
Miracle Data Corporation was founded over a decade ago by Ken Kohn, our CEO. Ken is a 20+-year computer industry veteran with in-depth knowledge of small enterprise and in-home needs. He has extensive experience delivering computer and Internet support, developing custom applications, and providing VAR (value-added reseller) services for Apple Computer, Microsoft, Cisco Systems and others.
Ken was a founding partner in NetProductions Online, one of the first California firms dedicated to providing quality business Internet solutions. He is also former Vice President of Operations at Chaparral Software and Consulting Services, a computer reseller and consulting firm. Ken is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. In his spare time he can be found 35 feet under the calm blue waters surrounding Maui, Hawaii.
Chris Ullrich, Systems Engineer, Macintosh Expert
Chris brings his extensive and diverse knowledge of Macintosh, Windows and other technologies to Miracle Data after having run his own technology consulting business, The Mac Authority, for many years. He has extensive experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, servers, hardware, client and small business support and much more.
Chris has a B.A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton as well as professional certifications from Apple and Microsoft. In addition to his technological expertise and experience, Chris is also a writer and frequent contributor to various publications including Comic Book Resources and The Unofficial Apple Weblog.
Scott Immerman, Certified Macintosh Consultant
It's hard to believe that Scott has been supporting Macintosh users for almost 35 years now. He's taken apart, put together or collected the leftover pieces of just about every computer that Apple has ever created, and now stands as one of the few top-tier Mac experts in California. He also got a nice new iPhone 4S before anyone else did.
Scott writes occasionally about technology, fun fads and Mac tidbits on his blog site.
Jide Ilawole, Systems Engineer
Jide hails from Nigeria and is ready to assist clients with their PC systems and networking needs.
Kirsten Myburgh, Systems Engineer
Kirsten hails from South Africa and is ready to help clients with their computer systems and networking needs. In his free time (as if he had any), Kirsten is looking for that big acting break that will let him drop his PC toolkit and move into a shiny trailer on the Dreamworks lot.
Eric Oxenberg, Design and Web Technologist
Eric is a senior-level visual designer with over 15 years of print and web experience. An excellent communicator, facilitator and creative thinker who loves contributing ideas and skills to accomplish shared goals, Eric has extensive experience in both branded and direct response advertising. He is the group's interface between account management, creative and programming staff.
Eric's background also includes photography, copywriting, motion graphics and sound editing, technical support and training, database design and content management. He completed certificate programs in Graphic Design and Commercial Photography from Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, California. Eric is currently watching the fourth season of Fringe. Sssh.
Kimi Abe, Support and Administration
Kimi administers scheduling, billing, requisitions and handles office management as well as providing front-line technical support for our clients.
She received a B.S. from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas and graduated with honors holding an M.S.E.E. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She would rather cast a level 85 polymorph spell than fill out a requisition form any day of the week.
